PUDDING
Pudding is approx 5 months old and although
she may not be the prettiest kitten she is a very gentle loving
little girl. She likes nothing more than to lie in your
arms and have her belly tickled. She has a passion for
catnip and loves to play with her siblings but she never goes
far from her sister, Felix.
FELIX
Felix is the boss of the group. She is
extremely boisterous and show no fear. She does like to be
cuddled for a few minutes but more often than not she prefers
playing rough!! She has an obsession with hair and loves to grab
my hair and pull! She doesn't like being told off and will stand
her ground if I do tell her off for anything! She is a very
pretty girl and took her name from the cat food!
GEORGE
George is the brother of Felix and Pudding.
He is a bit of a loner and isn't fully used to human company.
He loves both of his sisters but spends most of his time
throwing himself around the garden with Googles. He has
beautiful ginger eyes and always seems to be smiling.
GOOGLES
Googles is not related to the other 3 (or not
that I know of!). He is approx 12 months old but is very
small for his age. Sadly, Googles hasn't had the best
start in life and when he was a kitten someone thought it would
be a good idea to kick him in the head and he is now left with
permanent brain damage. That said, he is a happy boy and
very well fed. The only real time you can see there is a
problem is when he walks and his balance is very bad, oh and one
of his eyes looks one way whilst the other goes in the opposite
direction! He has had a very rough ride up until now and
although it's taken time he will now come and sit next to people
and will sit on my lap for some fuss and cuddles. I would
consider this a major break through for a cat that has been
repeatedly beaten by both humans and other cats alike. In
the few months I have had him he has been attacked by another
cat several times and ended up on antibiotics to heal his
wounds. Googles truly is a survivor.
Each one of these cats has its own very unique
personality and they have all overcome the odds to survive.
They spend their days playing, eating and sleeping and really
don't have a care in the world. This in itself is a big
issue as when they adopted me none of them had any social skills
and hadn't got a clue how to play. With your help they can
come back to the UK and have a whole lifetime of love and play
as opposed to staying in Baghdad where they are exposed to so
many dangers every day.
